Iowa Mortgage Solutions is a broker, not a direct lender. We work with a network of lenders and place your loan with whichever one actually fits your situation, instead of trying to bend your situation to fit one bank's rulebook.

Mike Steger is a mortgage professional who has been placing Iowa mortgages since 2005. The team around him is small, and it doesn't rotate through strangers. Call more than once and you'll likely talk to Mike, another Mike, Marcy, Brian or Angie, the same names that keep showing up when our clients describe how their loan actually got done.
The office is at 4403 1st Ave SE, Suite 110, Cedar Rapids, and it's open seven days a week from 9am to 6pm, which is unusual for a mortgage broker. Come in, sit down, and describe your situation. That's the whole first appointment.
